Randeep Hooda while speaking at the Trailer launch of the film said, "It's very special. I'm very fortunate that I'm a part of this lovely love story. There is a phase of my life before 'Once Upon.' and there is one after 'Once Upon.'. The movie speaks about my character and I essay role of mixed martial arts wrestler.
I have my own financial and personal struggles and then I meet Kajal Aggarwal who is blind. The story is too unique. It is about two people alone in a foreign city and how they meet and what happens next forms rest of the story. One of them is handicapped by head and other is handicapped by eyes.
They meet by fate and that is what expected in love. I never took inspiration from anyone while making love. I have made Love to Kajal in my own style and I have not emulated anyone. In fact I am not very good at emulating."
