Actor dhanush had last starred in the mass entertainer Maari 2 and scored a huge blockbuster with his next flick asuran, his fourth collaboration with vetrimaran post-Pollathavan, Aadukalam and Vada Chennai. asuran is made based on the acclaimed novel Vekkai penned by Poomani and co-stars Manju Warrier, Pasupathy, balaji Sakthivel and the movie feature music by GV Prakash.
Now, dhanush is working along with mehreen pirzada for 'Pattaas'. The latest entrant to the cast of the movie happens to be actress Ammu abhirami who has starred in films like vishnu Vishal's Ratsasan, Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru, etc. She also paired with dhanush in asuran which was Bankrolled by kalaipuli s thanu under 'V' creations banner.
