There are reports that she might team with dhanush once again. 


Actor dhanush tasted a huge success with Karnan helmed by Mari Selvaraj and now he is likely to sign another movie under his brother's direction. There are speculations that mehreen might pair with dhanush once again in the movie titled 'Naane Varuven' which will be helmed by Selvaraghavan. But the actress denied the reports.


In march 2021, Pirzada got engaged to bhavya Bishnoi, son of Adampur in hisar mla kuldeep Bishnoi, and grandson of former haryana state chief minister Bhajan Lal. Now, mehreen has confessed that she has postponed her wedding to next year and she said she is not even discussing about it anymore with anyone.
