Bheemla Nayak's last song shoot has been canceled as some people in the set tested positive for Covid-19.
Bheemla Nayak is one of the most awaited movies of Tollywood. The movie is a remake of 2020 Mollywood blockbuster "Ayyappanum Koshiyum" which featured prithviraj and biju menon in the lead roles. The movie is being remade in telugu with rana daggubati and pawan kalyan reprising the roles respectively.
The movie was initially scheduled for sankranti release. However, to support rrr release, bheemla nayak was postponed which ended up a colossal waste as all the biggies had to wait for their release with Omicron and consequent theater shut down. Being so, the latest update about bheemla nayak is the shooting of the last song has been canceled after 6 members in the set got tested positive for Covid-19. There has already been contraction in Acharya, Sarkaaru Vaari Paata.
The movie would have been wrapped up completely had the shoot gone as planned. On the other hand, bheemla nayak which was said to be postponed to Feb 25 might again be postponed as the condition isn't great out there and the shooting getting canceled. We will have to wait for the further updates from the movie crew.
