Several telugu films have promptly declared their new release dates in response to the election Council of India's announcement of the telangana state elections' date. Given that the election is scheduled for 30th november, it is likely that a few telugu films may rush into the first three weeks of the month in an attempt to maximise their box office receipts.

While official posters for these november releases have not yet been issued, some producers have verified the date of their films with distributors, while others have made the announcement publicly. A few Tier-2 heroes who appear in these widely distributed films, meanwhile, are reportedly unhappy about the change. They believe that telangana as a whole would be engrossed in election campaigns, viral poll-publicity videos, and other local content and will not be interested in seeing films in theatres.

Meanwhile, some businesspeople are concerned that unrest will result from the present cricket World Cup, which india is hosting. Group matches are scheduled to continue through november 12th, with the final scheduled for november 19. That might have an impact on how well a few films they see turn out. But then again, a movie with compelling material will undoubtedly get through all of the obstacles with ease.
