Meaning, the total earnings of all three is equal to the budget of the second part of Aquaman.
Why is a business worth more than Rs 2700 crore still considered a failure?

The same DCEU that DC had created in competition with its competitor Marvel's Extended Universe MCU. Where MCU projects like Avengers, iron Man, and films like Spiderman, Ant-Man created a stir across the world and proved to be very beneficial for Marvel. Whereas most of the DCEU films like Batman vs Superman, Justice League and The Flash did not get the same love from the audience. In such a situation, there were many expectations from this film. The first part of this film had earned 1 billion dollars worldwide. Therefore, it was expected from this film that the sinking DC Universe would get support from this film, but this hope is not visible from its earning of 334 million dollars.
