It was informed that the award ceremony will be held at TN Rajaratnam theater today at 6 pm. So all the award-declared screen celebrities attended the event.

Following this, popular actress devadarshini bagged the Best comedy Actress Award for her roles in 'Dirtu Kalyana' and '36 Vayadinile'.
Also, famous lyricist Vivek, who penned great songs like 'Vadi Rasathi' at the age of 36, won the best lyricist award.
In the final film, multi-award-winning director Sudha Kongara won the Best director award for 2015 for his skillful direction.
Also adding strength to films like Uttama Villain and papanasam with his excellent music, composer Gibral won the tamil Nadu government Award for Best music Composer. Similarly Thalai Vaasal won the award for Vijay Mahan.
Director Mohan Raja, who directed the film Thani Oruvan with his brother jayam ravi in 2015, won the award for best screenwriter. The best comedy actor award went to singam puli for Anjikku Onnu.
