Actor dino morea and his brother Mithi have been questioned for about 8 hours in the Mithi River scam case. The EOW suspects both of them to be involved in this scam.

Bollywood actor dino morea and his brother appeared before the Economic Offenses Wing (EOW) of mumbai police this morning in connection with the ongoing investigation of the Mithi River scam. Both were questioned for about 8 hours. Both left after questioning at 7 pm.
EOW has also questioned Dino's brother Santino Morea regarding the case. According to EOW sources, Ketan Kadam, the main accused in the Mithi River scam case, has spoken to dino morea and his brother several times on the phone. In such a situation, the police summoned both of them for questioning in the case. Information about what questions the police asked during this time has not been revealed yet.
Regarding the Mithi River scam
the EOW has alleged that Kadam and co-accused jai Joshi charged the municipal corporation exorbitant rates for machinery purchased from Kochi-based firm Matprop Technical services Pvt Ltd. dino morea and his brother are also suspected to be involved in the case. Investigators believe the scam was carried out in connivance with officials of Matprop and officials of the BMC's Storm Water Drains (SWD) department.
