MIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi may be busy campaigning for his party in Uttar Pradesh elections but he is not ignoring the local problems. Right after the campaigning he is is back in the city and now threatened to launch protests.
Owaisi warned that if Hyderabad Metro Rail does not begin work in the Old City, he will launch fresh protests. Owaisi said he will not tolerate if authorities ignore the south zone. He questioned why the HMR had not conducted a soil test at Falaknuma for the past four years.
Owaisi speaking to scribes questioned "“What is stopping them from doing the necessary work at Falaknuma to Shah Ali Banda? This sends out a wrong message to the people of Old City . We have made some suggestions, but the ball is in their court now."
On social media he posted "Wht is stoping HydMetro Rail LTD from starting work from FALAKNUMA to Shahalibanda why have not done soil testing at FALAKNUMA last 4 years" and added "Hyd Metro Rail should immediately start work from FALAKNUMA and if they do not start MIM will start a Protest how can they ignore South HYD"
