The third phase of the 2024 indian elections, which will encompass 93 seats spread across 11 states and Union Territories, will begin voting at 7 a.m. on Tuesday. Among the notable contenders in this phase are Union ministers jyotiraditya scindia (Guna, Madhya Pradesh), pralhad joshi (Dharwad, Karnataka), and amit shah, the Union home minister, who is running for a second term from Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
 

The fate of ncp founder Sharad Pawar's daughter supriya Sule, who is up against competition from Sunetra Pawar, the wife of the veteran leader's estranged nephew and maharashtra deputy chief minister Ajit Pawar, is also at stake in Baramati, maharashtra, a stronghold of the 'Pawar family'.
 
With three members of the late Mulayam Singh Yadav's family running for office, the third phase is also significant for them. This includes Aditya Yadav making his political debut from the Budaun lok sabha seat, which was previously held by his cousin dharmendra Yadav in 2014; Akshay Yadav seeking to recapture the firozabad lok sabha seat, which he previously won in 2014; and Dimple Yadav, the wife of Akhilesh Yadav, running for a seat.
