Raj Kumar anand, former minister in delhi government, joined BSP on sunday (May 5). After joining BSP, he announced that he would contest the lok sabha elections from New delhi seat. anand had resigned from the delhi cabinet last month. Also left the ruling Aam Aadmi Party.
