And while the current track has managed to keep the audience hooked, it is reported that kumkum Bhagya is set to witness another twist in the plot. According to media reports, kumkum Bhagya will have a new entry in the cast that will spice up the story.
According to a report published in the Times of india, Mann Sundar actor shivam Khajuria has been roped in for a negative role in the show and he will bring a major change in the story. "His character will be that of a psycho and he will be Mihika's (Aafreen Dabestani) ex-boyfriend who's come back into her life. That will create a lot of problems for her and that's how the story moves ahead," the source was quoted saying.
On the other hand, shivam, who refused to divulge any details about his character, confirmed that he is a part of kumkum Bhagya. Meanwhile, krishna Kaul has been making the headlines for his dating rumours with co-star aparna Mishra. Addressing the reports, the actor had told india Forums, "Yes, we too have heard about these rumours. These rumours started from our parents itself, so I cannot blame the world. The way we are, Appy is a very good friend of me and I too am a very good friend of her. So the thing is, it is not anyone's fault. When people see a male and a female together and they see that they are always together, they tend to assume things. Appy is the only good female friend I have in Mumbai. So this is why people assume that Appy and I are dating. But trust me, had we been dating, I would have been screaming and telling this to the world".
