A PIL has been filed in the patna high court against the increased reservation limit in Bihar. politics has started

this would happen. Now bjp leader and rajya sabha MP sushil kumar modi issued a statement on monday (27
November) accusing the two parties of a conspiracy.
Accused of defaming BJP
Sushil Kumar Modi said that bjp supported at every level from conducting caste survey in bihar to the bill
increasing the reservation limit, but as part of a conspiracy to defame the party, RJD-Congress filed a public
interest litigation in the high court against increasing the reservation limit. Filed a petition. Everyone knows its

The former deputy chief minister said that congress, which ruled the country for 55 years, always opposed
reservation for backward-Dalits from Kaka Kalelkar Committee to Mandal Commission and RJD had conducted
Panchayat elections in bihar in 2001 without giving reservation to backward classes. Backwards got reservation
in Panchayats when the government of bjp and allies was formed. He said that when the Karpoori Thakur
government of bihar had given 27 percent reservation in jobs to backward classes for the first time, congress was
out of power and Jan Sangh was in the government.
