Home voting will start in Bharatpur from tomorrow...


The countdown for lok sabha elections has started in the country. According to the election Commission, the elderly above 85 years of age and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) will not have to go to the polling station, for the polling team will reach their homes and get them to vote. Complete secrecy of voting will be maintained while voting.


The first tour of home voting will start tomorrow in Bharatpur lok sabha constituency. In the Bharatpur lok sabha constituency, a total of 79 polling teams will go door to door and conduct voting for the elderly above 85 years of age and such persons who have been suffering from physical, mental, and intellectual disability for a long time.

1598 voters in Bharatpur lok sabha constituency

A total of 1598 voters will cast their votes through home voting in 8 assembly constituencies of Bharatpur Lok Sabha. The first tour by the district election Department will start tomorrow the 5th of April. Voters from Kathumar, an assembly in Alwar district in Bharatpur lok sabha constituency, also cast their votes. There are a total of 267 voters in the Kathumar assembly constituency who will do home voting.

 

For home voting, 5 polling teams will make their first visit from april 5 to april 10 and there are a total of 370 voters in the Bharatpur assembly constituency. Bharatpur assembly constituency has the maximum number of 370 voters who will vote at home. 14 polling teams have been formed for the Bharatpur assembly constituency which will conduct door-to-door voting for three days on the 5th, 6th, and 7th of april as part of the first tour. In the remaining 6 assembly constituencies, Kaman, Nagar, Deeg-Kumher, Nadbai, Vair, and Bayana, door-to-door voting will be conducted in the first tour for two days on april 5 and april 6.
