"When two zeros meet, no figure is formed - just one more zero is added", with this sharp line Sanjay Nirupam has once again targeted uddhav Thackeray. Creating a stir in maharashtra politics, Sanjay Nirupam, who is considered close to shiv sena (Shinde faction), has made a sharp taunt on uddhav Thackeray's possible alliance with MNS.
Nirupam says that uddhav thackeray has to take the support of congress sometimes to stand on his feet, and sometimes has to do politics of Muslim votes, and now he has taken a step towards an alliance with maharashtra navnirman sena (MNS). But for this also he will have to first take permission from congress, because now he does not take any decision without asking Congress.
Both parties are running in loss - Nirupam
Nirupam did not stop here. Taking a dig at both uddhav thackeray and raj Thackeray, he said, "Both are parties running in losses. They are finished politically. Now, in the guise of Maharashtra's interest, they are only trying to fulfill their own political interests." His clear allegation is that the public has rejected both the parties and now they are seeking each other's support to save their political ground.
This statement has come at a time in maharashtra politics when discussions of alliances and equations are rife for the upcoming elections. As soon as the news of the proposal sent by uddhav thackeray to MNS came out, questions have started arising whether this alliance will really be in the interest of maharashtra or is it just a fight for political survival? This statement of Sanjay Nirupam has given rise to a new debate in the political corridors. Now it will be interesting to see what stand the congress takes on this issue and how MNS takes this proposal.
