He said that whatever happened in pahalgam, Kashmir, was openly condemned by the people of the entire country, people of every caste and religion. Especially the Muslims of india are shouting that we are with the indian government, the government should take the strictest action against terrorism.

Abu Azmi said, "The terrorists killed people there after asking their caste (religion). What is happening in india today? Ever since this government has come, Hindu-Muslim is being created. It seems that the terrorists knew that if they talk about this, there will be unrest in the country... people here are making Hindus and Muslims fight among themselves. Whereas the way Adil and Nazakat worked there, all the people who went there are shouting that the Muslims there helped them a lot."

The SP mla further said, "Why are Muslims of india being persecuted? It was reported that a cow protection group in agra killed a Muslim and said that if 26 have been killed, then 2600 will be killed. Where have Muslims killed anyone? Muslims of india have not killed anyone. If someone has killed someone, then kill him! Why are we being harassed? Yesterday shopkeepers were badly beaten up in Dadar. Such incidents are happening in every corner of the country."
Made this appeal to PM Modi
Along with this, he said, "I want to tell the country's Prime minister, home minister and RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, maharashtra CM to say openly that there should be no injustice done to Muslims of india on this issue. If they say it once, there will be peace but no one is speaking. Everyone is busy in polarizing votes."
