
Kaushal Joshi, wife of former minister Mahesh Joshi, who was sent to ED custody on 24 april in the Jal jeevan Mission scam case in rajasthan, died during treatment at Manipal Hospital in Jaipur. After receiving the news of his wife's death, the court has granted 7 days interim bail to Mahesh Joshi so that he can attend the last rites and rituals.
According to the information, Kaushal Joshi was ill for some time and was undergoing treatment at Manipal Hospital in Jaipur. During this time his health deteriorated and he died during treatment. After this sad news, Mahesh Joshi had appealed to the court for interim relief, which was accepted by the special court of PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act). The court has granted seven days interim bail to Mahesh Joshi on humanitarian grounds.
