In Operation Sindoor, the
indian air Force completely destroyed many airbases of neighboring country Pakistan.
air Chief Marshal
ap Singh himself gave proof of how much damage was caused to
pakistan in this operation. Showing satellite pictures related to the attack, the
air Chief Marshal shot down at least six Pakistani aircraft in Operation Sindoor, including F-16. The
air Chief Marshal showed the before and after pictures of Operation Sindoor, which clearly show how accurately the
indian air Force left no stone unturned in destroying the enemy country's airbases. The
indian air Force (IAF) made a comprehensive plan to make this mission fast, accurate and decisive.
air Chief Marshal
ap Singh took command of this operation and ensured that the enemy's important military capabilities suffered maximum damage in a short time.
Operation Sindoor took place in the aftermath of the terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, in which 26 innocent tourists were killed by Pakistan-linked terrorists. The incident was not just an emotional blow to India, but also a strategic reminder that cross-border
terrorism needs to be responded to not just on a diplomatic platform, but also at a military level.
Strikes on Pakistan's military installations
During the operation, the
indian air Force targeted several important airbases and military installations of Pakistan. These include Arifwala, Chunian, Bholari Airbase, Jacobabad and Sargodha.
Chunian: The picture of the destroyed radar head showed clear burn marks, which completely destroyed its functionality.
Bholari Airbase: The AEW&C hangar was targeted, where an AWACS platform was probably located. The attack was a direct hit on Pakistan's
air surveillance capability.
Jacobabad: More than half of the main hangar housing F-16
fighter jets was destroyed. This dealt a severe blow to Pakistan's
air countermeasures capability.
Sargodha: Based on accurate intelligence, the airbase where F-16 aircraft were deployed was targeted. Many Pakistani
fighter jets were destroyed here.
S-400 gave big shocks to Pakistan
The Russian S-400
air defense system proved decisive in the
success of this mission. Its long-range
strike capability kept Pakistani aircraft and UAVs away from
indian airspace. According to
air Chief Marshal Singh, this operation proves that
air power is the most quick, accurate and effective means of response in modern warfare. It has the ability to attack large targets without any ground damage and return safely.
