The indian Institute of technology (IIT) delhi is set to conduct an online open house for its newly launched BTech in Design undergraduate programme. Scheduled for october 26, 2025, at 6:00 PM IST, the session aims to provide prospective students with detailed insights into the programme's structure, curriculum, and admission process. The event will be hosted by the Department of Design.

Programme Highlights:

· Duration: Four years

· Intake: 20 students annually

· Curriculum Focus: Product design, design thinking, research methodologies, communication and presentation skills, and teamwork.

· Credit Requirement: 155 credits for graduation

Admission Criteria:

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

· JEE Advanced: Qualify in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced.

· UCEED: Qualify in the Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED). Note that only qualifying UCEED is necessary; specific scores are not mandated.

· Educational Background: Completion of Class 12 or equivalent in 2024 or 2025, with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects.
