yuzvendra chahal bowled brilliantly against CSK. He took 4 wickets for 32 runs. chahal also took the first hat-trick of IPL 2025. CSK, which was moving towards a big score, was stopped by punjab at 190 runs on the basis of Chahal's brilliant bowling.
With this win, PBKS won their sixth win in 10 matches and have moved to second place with 13 points. punjab has overtaken three teams on 12 points in the points table.
Meanwhile, CSK became the first team to be eliminated from the playoff race as they are at the bottom of the table with just two wins in 10 matches.
