Aims to ensure institutional support, workplace facilities, and defined benefits for women during menstruation across sectors.


LJP mp Shambhavi Choudhary introduced a parallel bill proposing:


Paid menstrual leave for working women


Menstrual leave for female students


Mandatory access to menstrual hygiene facilities and health support during periods

🔹 NEET Exemption for tamil Nadu


Congress mp Manickam Tagore proposed a bill seeking to exempt tamil Nadu from the NEET exam for undergraduate medical admission.
