Amazon Order Issue: Electric toothbrush issue..!?

A person who ordered an electric toothbrush on amazon for Rs. 12 thousand has been sent spices. A woman from mumbai has ordered an electric toothbrush on amazon for Rs 12,000. But, packets of spices have been sent to her. Disappointed, the lady's daughter posted about it on Twitter. Dear amazon, why hasn't amazon fired the seller who has been scamming customers for over a year yet? Her mother ordered an Oral-B toothbrush for 12 thousand rupees. But they have sent 4 mth boxes of chaat masala. A seller named MEPLTD has been defrauding amazon orderers since january 2022.

She has also attached a screenshot of complaints made by other customers on amazon itself about the accused seller. The woman has complained that this seller lowers the price by Rs.1000 to Rs.3000 to others and cheats the customers who order without thinking because of the low price. The woman cautioned that those ordering online should also research and think about the seller before ordering.
This post is being retweeted a lot. Many people replying to this post are also sharing their experiences. One of them said that they also ordered an electric toothbrush in 2021. But they sent a normal toothbrush. It is the same seller. He thinks they have changed the name now, they said.
