There was chaos in Regional Transport office (RTO) in Andheri, mumbai on monday when a woman created a ruckus there. In a dispute over the transfer of the vehicle, the woman beat up a female employee and vandalized the office computer. After this incident, a case has been registered against the accused woman Isha Chhabra in Amboli police station under several sections.

Based on the complaint of senior clerk Vrushali Kale, the police have registered a case against the accused under sections 132, 122 (2), 324 (2), and 352 of BNS. According to the complaint, a woman named Isha Chhabra reached the Andheri RTO office on monday and claimed that she did not sell her car to anyone, yet it has been transferred in the name of a woman named sneha Pandey. She demanded the vehicle to be returned to her name immediately.

When Vrushali Kale told her that the transfer was done as per the legal procedure and the concerned woman had submitted all the documents to the department, Isha started shouting loudly. Efforts were made to convince her, but she started vandalizing the RTO office. She pulled a computer and threw it down, breaking its stand.

Sources said that not only this, when Vrushali Kale tried to make a video of this incident on her mobile, Isha snatched her mobile and started running out. When the employees tried to stop her, she slapped junior clerk Sushmita Bhogle. Meanwhile, the mobile van of Amboli police reached the spot and took the woman into custody. The police is investigating the matter and interrogation of the accused woman is going on.
