Ingredients:

  • 2 cup boiled mashed potatoes
  • 3-4 green chillies chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tsp amchur powder
  • 1 cup besan
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste


Method:

  1. Make a thick batter of besan, salt and chillies with water. Beat well.
  2. Add green chillies, salt, coriander leaves, amchur to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  3. Make small round balls from it.
  4. Heat oil. Dip potato balls in besan and deep fry these till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
