Her story serves as an inspiration for all of us. We are talking about deepa Malik. deepa Malik was the para athlete player who won the country its first medal in the Paralympics.

At the age of five, deepa Malik came to know that she had a tumor in the spinal cord. For three years, she underwent treatment for it and after physiotherapy, she recovered completely. But unfortunately when she was 29 her tumor came back. The doctors told her that she would have to undergo surgery, but after that she would not be able to walk. 31 operations were done on Deepa. For which 183 legs were attached between her waist and feet. Despite this, she did not give up on life and decided to fight for her dreams. Determination and hard work made her a world famous athlete.
