· audi expects these reductions to boost demand ahead of the festive season.

· The company joins brands like Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai, Tata, toyota, Renault, and Mahindra, all passing on GST 2.0 benefits to customers.

3. Broader industry Context

· For comparison, Toyota Kirloskar Motor has reduced prices by up to Rs 3.49 lakh, with flagship SUVs like the Fortuner seeing the largest drops.

· GST 2.0 is expected to make nearly 400 products cheaper, including cars, electronics, daily-use items, and life/health insurance, benefiting indian consumers directly.
