How to make your hair thicker and stronger??


It is very important to take care of our hair, but due to lack of time, many people are unable to take care of it. This has a bad effect on the hair. Along with this, due to dust-soil, ultraviolet rays, and saltwater also damages the hair. In such a situation, it becomes necessary to take care of the hair. Let us know which things should be taken care of to make hair thick and strong.


1. Yogurt

Curd is considered to be the perfect companion to food. If you mix a little salt or sugar in curd and eat it with food, then its clear effect will be visible on your hair. But also keep in mind that curd should not be in the fridge. Consume 75 - 90 grams of curd per day for strong hair.


2. Green moong 

A lot of nutrients are found in green moong dal. It is also considered as an excellent source of protein. If you consume 2 to 3 spoons of sprouted green moong daily, then the vitamin-B present in it can make your hair thick.


3. Black raisins 

Black raisins are rich in iron. Eating it after soaking gives many benefits. The antioxidants present in it make hair thick and strong. By consuming at least 7 to 8 raisins daily, the hair becomes long and thick.


4. Sesame seeds 

A high amount of protein is found in sesame seeds, by eating which hair becomes thick. Eating 1 teaspoon of roasted sesame seeds daily is beneficial for health and hair.


5. Halim seeds 

Halim seeds i.e. Aliv seeds are very beneficial for strong and thick hair growth. Drinking Halim seeds mixed with milk removes the deficiency of iron and minerals. This benefits the hair a lot.


6. Curry leaves 

A good amount of protein, vitamin B, and vitamin c are found in curry leaves, which prevents hair fall. Chewing 3 to 5 curry leaves daily benefits the hair a lot.
