Tourism has not yet fully recovered after Covid, in the year 2019, where 10.3 per cent of the entire world's GDP came from the travel and tourism sector only. At that time there were 333 million jobs in this sector. But in Covid, the share of this sector in the GDP of the whole world was 5.3 per cent. 62 million jobs were lost all over the world.

On the other hand, the travel and tourism sector will grow at a growth rate of 5.8%. During this, about 126 million new jobs will be created in the world.
