On march 11, the telangana administration, led by Congress, would introduce the Indiramma housing plan for the impoverished. On Saturday, chief minister A. revanth reddy made the decision and gave the go-ahead for the officials to set up the launch-related details. For individuals who previously possessed a home site, the government will finance the construction of residences with a maximum of Rs 5 lakh. As part of a housing project, a plot of land and Rs 5 lakh would be provided to the impoverished who do not own a plot.

The chief minister stated that the government will undertake the ambitious housing initiative as a prestigious program as part of the execution of the six assurances.

To create rules for the housing scheme's execution, he convened a review meeting with the Chief Minister's Advisor, Vem narendra Reddy, Housing minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy, and Transport minister Ponnam Prabhakar.

Participating officials included R&B Secretary Srinivasa Raju, Chief Secretary Santhi Kumari, and other authorities.

The chief minister gave authorities orders to provide housing program benefits to any qualified impoverished person who does not own a home. The officials are requested to finish the guidelines by the request.

According to revanth reddy, all qualified applicants who filed their applications through Praja Palana should be given precedence.

He issued a warning to authorities, advising them to guarantee that only legitimate recipients receive benefits and to avoid making the same mistakes made by the previous administration while building double-bedroom dwellings.

At the conference, a provisional agreement was made to allocate 3,500 dwellings to each constituency.

The cm stated his optimism that the goal of owning a home for the impoverished who are homeless will be realized gradually.

The chief minister gave the officials instructions to draft the norms and regulations for the gradual disbursement of cash.

According to revanth reddy, stringent regulations should be put in place to stop recipients from misusing the money they are supposed to get. He proposed providing a variety of housing models and styles to those who are building on their own land.

The cm also recommended that the officials assign the engineering wings in the different departments, which are overseen by the district Collectors, the task of supervising the construction of houses.
