In the lead-up to the next general elections, the Income Tax Department in hyderabad has set up a 24-hour control centre to keep an eye on and stop the abuse of illicit cash and jewellery. The general public can report concerns or offer information about cash or jewellery being kept, transferred, or distributed unlawfully by sending an email to cleantelanganaelections@incometax.gov.in, sending a whatsapp message to 8688701400, or giving a call to 8688701400.
