For individuals hoping to own a piece of real estate, the western regions of hyderabad continue to add new locations to their list of notable localities and are still the more popular choice. In addition to Gachibowli and Manikonda, other communities like Narsingi and bachupally are gaining attention from the real estate industry.

PropTiger.com data indicates that house sales in hyderabad increased from 15 million square feet in Q1-2023 to 35 million square feet in Q1-2024, concerning the area sold. According to the data, the city's home sales increased from 10,200 units in Q1-2023 to 14,290 units in Q1-2024.
