Employees at a private firm that arranges rental lodging in Kondapur modified the payment QR code and received Rs.4.15 crore in payments into their own accounts, according to police. Istara Parks Pvt Ltd, which runs a rental housing business for single employees called 'Coliving Properties', filed the complaint. 

According to the lawsuit, the company collects rentals from its clients online via payment QR codes, and the payments are then placed straight into the firm's bank account. Fifteen of the company's workers advised that its customers put the monies into personal accounts. Within a few months, the workers transferred Rs.4.15 crore to their personal accounts, according to the corporation. The fraud was discovered during an internal audit, and management filed a complaint with the EOW police to pursue action against the accused. EOW DCP K. prasad stated that they are investigating the case and would arrest the offenders shortly.
