Ritika Singh, the actor and former mixed martial artist from "Irudhi Suttru," recently posted on instagram about her experience losing weight and getting back in shape in spite of a knee injury. Ritika's role as a fighter in the sudha Kongara movie—also known as "Saala Khadoos" in Hindi—catapulted her to prominence. Check the video below,
 Before beginning her most recent exercise routine, Ritika weighed 72 kg, as she disclosed in a video that she posted to Instagram.  She openly discussed how the weight gain had caused her muscular definition to become undefined.  She then talked about the type of exercise she did and how her energy and appearance gradually changed.


In her caption she wrote, “The last three months have been absolutely transcendental for me. It wasn’t just the fact that I had hit an all-time high on the weighing scale, but the fact that my knee injuries got worse. The pain was terrible. I couldn’t move, kick or dance effortlessly,” sharing that she started her workouts sometime in February.

She added, “That’s when I looked at myself in the mirror and said enough, it’s time to lock in and look the best you’ve ever looked. And here we are :’).” Ritika opened up about how her relationship with food might’ve been a reason for her weight gain. She said, “This is a very long topic and there is a lot to unpack here, especially when it comes to my relationship with food and how I finally got my bad habits under control (sic).”
