Vijay (Sree Vishnu) is the protagonist of Single, a film about his tireless attempts to stop his single life.  It chronicles his romance with Purva (Ketika Sharma) and, in the end, delves into the factors that contributed to his continued single status.

With his distinctive tone and body language, sree Vishnu is back to his best, providing lighthearted, informal humor.  On television, it's evident that he manages it with ease and makes it seem effortless.  Due in great part to his ease and assurance in this role, his natural acting makes several sequences land nicely.  Although ketika sharma plays the protagonist, her performance and the way her character is written end up being inconsistent. Overall, it's a routine encounter because nothing about her character or performance stands out as especially unique or memorable.

Although Single has a limited supporting cast, the well-known actors perform admirably.  Ivana gives a polished performance with a charming on-screen persona.  Although playing a full-length sidekick role is beyond his normal range, vennela kishore manages it effectively and provides the necessary performance.  Others, such as VTV Ganesh, are largely underutilized despite receiving a few humorous moments.  Rajendra Prasad, a senior actor, seems like a total waste of his presence and talent.  Sathya, the comedian, plays a blink-and-miss character.  Although she makes an appearance, Narine Nithiin doesn't leave much of an impact.

Although vishal Chandrasekhar's songs don't really contribute much to the movie as stand-alone pieces, his background music is excellent and greatly improves the tone of the movie.  The soundtrack is a fantastic fit for a movie like Single.  Velraj's picture has a great visual appeal thanks to its good cinematography.  Although Praveen's editing is sufficient, the second part feels a bit erratic.  For a short, concept-driven movie like Single, geetha arts and Kalya Films' production quality are remarkable; there is never any sense that the budget was cut.

Overall, It's a one-time watchable movie for sree Vishnu's comic timing with vennela Kishore!
