Another commotion has erupted in the most holy shrine of Tirumala. The protection of devotees is becoming a big challenge in Kaliyuga Vaikuntam. ttd is mainly working to protect devotees from wild animals. The rush of devotees to tirumala is increasing day by day, and at the same time, there is concern as wild animals are attacking. It is said that devotees of Srivari, who have faced problems with leopards and bears so far, now have to face another threat. The number of wild animals roaming near the tirumala footpaths is increasing day by day. Due to the increase in human traffic in the Seshachalam forests and other reasons, leopards and bear cubs are coming to Tirumala. ttd had to work hard to catch leopards that had come near the CRO office in the past.
The incident of a leopard attacking a boy on the Alipiri steps is still frightening everyone. With this, special traps were set up and leopards were caught. Similarly, bear cubs are also roaming in Tirumala. The families of the victims are worried, but now the threat from elephants seems to have surpassed all these. On Thursday, a group of four elephants was seen near the tirumala walkway. One elephant tried to enter the ghat road. Devotees who saw the elephants panicked. Since the elephants were near the first ghat road, even motorists were afraid to go in that direction. However, when devotees arrived in large numbers and shouted and shone their lights on the elephants, they got scared and went into the forest. Upon learning of this information, the ttd forest department staff rushed there. Steps were taken to let the elephants go into the forest. ttd has issued an alert to devotees to be vigilant due to the movement of elephants. It has been advised that no one should come to the hill alone. It has been advised to go in groups. On the other hand, the forest department has taken special steps to conduct patrols due to the movement of elephants.
