A software engineer earning a solid ₹2 lakhs every month. Two little kids. A wife he gave everything to. And then Sitaram from Markapur finds out Renuka has been sleeping with **three different men** behind his back — even letting one record private videos that ended up all over Instagram. He couldn’t take it. He sat down, wrote a devastating 19-page suicide note, and took his own life.

1. The note is pure heartbreak.
Sitaram poured it all out: he took care of Renuka, made sure she never lacked anything, yet in just one and a half years she had jumped from one affair to another with three men. “How can I bear seeing such things?” he wrote. “What does Renuka actually want — love or just physical pleasure?” He had done everything right. She destroyed him anyway.

2. This wasn’t one mistake. It was cold, repeated betrayal.
The couple had married in 2018 and settled in bachupally with two children. While Sitaram worked his ass off as a software engineer, Renuka was allegedly busy with Ramanareddy and two other lovers. One of them recorded the videos and posted them. Imagine the man who built that life stumbling on that filth.

3. Renuka and two of her lovers have now been arrested.
Good. But here’s the savage part everyone’s already dreading: they won’t stay locked up for long. Because, according to supreme court logic, a husband has zero agency over his wife’s sexual decisions. The same court that’s quick to lecture on “bodily autonomy” will have these three back on the streets in no time.

4. This is what happens when society pretends marriage is disposable.
A man gives his life, his money, his loyalty — and gets repaid with public humiliation and betrayal so brutal it drives him to suicide. The note, the affairs, the leaked videos… everything screams one ugly truth. Some people take everything and still want more. And the system? It’s already preparing to let them walk.
