The supercharging bill sent to a customer using a tesla Model 3 has gone viral on the internet.

A supercharging bill of $ 6 million has been sent to a tesla Model 3 customer living in China. The specific customer has received an SMS from the tesla processor.

It states that the customer's electric car has been blocked from the tesla Supercharging network. It stated that the action was taken because the amount for the charger had not been paid.

The bill for the highest amount has been sent despite the supercharging credit balance in the customer's account.

The customer who was shocked to see the large amount immediately contacted the tesla customer service Center and shared his experience. It was later revealed that the incident took place due to a technical glitch on the part of Tesla.

It was mentioned in the victim user's tesla processor that he used 1923720 kW of power. Accordingly, such an amount is calculated as a bill at the rate of 2 CNY per kilowatt-hour of electricity. With such power, the tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus can be fully charged up to 32,000 times.

Tesla later told a customer that a technical glitch was the reason for the high bill. tesla also said that the defect would be rectified soon. Tesla's response also revealed that more customers were being billed.

The tesla Supercharger Network is a subscription charging facility for tesla customers. This is a fast-charging network. It is designed specifically for charging tesla cars. However, other corporate car models can also be charged here.

Tesla has been selling its Model 3 electric car not only in china but in various other parts of the world. The tesla Model 3 is the company's cheapest electric car model.
