According to Phillip capital, the stock of Bajaj Housing Finance can give a return of 300 percent i.e. three times its IPO price of Rs 70 and the stock can go up to the level of Rs 210. That is, the stock can give a return of 27 percent from Monday's closing level and 16 percent from today's price level. The brokerage house said in its report, Bajaj Housing Finance is in the strongest position in its sector as the company's average home loan ticket size is more than Rs 50 lakh. According to the brokerage house, the balance sheet of the housing finance company will be more than Rs 2 lakh crore in the next three years.
