Tips for the Perfect chicken Mayo Sandwich

Chicken: Use boiled, roasted, or leftover cooked chicken. Avoid fried chicken to keep it healthy.

Mayonnaise: Use Greek yogurt as a substitute for a lighter, protein-rich option.

Crunch Factor: Add cucumber slices, bell peppers, or celery for texture.

Herbs & Spices: Fresh parsley, dill, or a pinch of paprika enhances flavor.

Storage: chicken mayo can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for 1–2 days. Avoid keeping sandwiches assembled for too long to prevent soggy bread.
