Do we face the next wave of corona in India!!!

The Medical Council of india has warned that a third wave could occur in india if corona regulations are not adhered to. It has therefore asked the government to take steps to provide booster vaccines to frontline workers and those with immunodeficiency. The Medical Council of india has also advised that a quick decision on vaccination for 12- to 18-year-olds should be taken.

The Medical Council has expressed concern that the spread of the Omicron strain in the states is likely to increase and that this will be a major setback as the country recovers from the epidemic. The IMA has also warned that a major third wave could occur if corona regulations are not adhered to. So far 23 people in india have been diagnosed with Omicron strain. In these circumstances, genetic sequencing laboratories are being set up in Bangalore, Mysore, Shivamogga, Hubli, Mangalore, and Vijayapura districts in Karnataka. By considering the pandemic period everyone should be careful by way of wearing a face mask which is mandatory for travelers in public places, social distancing and, avoid gatherings.
