Diet High in vitamin D: 

Women with PCOD should eat plenty of vitamin D and vitamin B. It is advisable to take food within half an hour of waking up in the morning. Eat a healthy diet with soaked almonds and walnuts in the morning. 



Eat a high protein diet such as egg whites, paneer sandwiches and oats. Eat plenty of salad 2 hours before meals. At dinner, it will serve soup, idli, paneer. Drink plenty of freshwaters.



Walking, Exercise: 

Exercising every day can stave off illness. Make it a habit to walk for 30 to 45 minutes every day. Regular yoga, exercise regularly.



Avoid these foods: Do not take white bread, pasta, pastries, cakes, chips, soft drinks, ice cream, soda, packaged foods, juices. Do not consume refined carbohydrates such as processed meats and red meat.



Eat

green leafy vegetables, fennel, green capsicum, chilli, beans, spinach, carrots, apples, pomegranate, kiwi, berries, coriander and other high-fiber foods.


Take green tea twice a day to boost metabolism. Use olive oil. Eat a high protein diet such as eggs and fish. Include almonds, walnuts, tomatoes, flax seeds, cinnamon and turmeric in your diet.
