Coldwater is considered beneficial for activating the body and giving energy, but it can also have serious disadvantages.



Bathing in cold water can cause health problems in some circumstances. If you are a heart patient then bathing with cold water can be harmful. 



Your body's reaction to cold water puts extra pressure on your heart. Due to this, the heartbeat becomes irregular.



It is most important to take a bath with cold water that you give your body time to set according to the temperature of the water. Do not pour cold water directly on the head.

Why is hot water special?

Hot water is helpful in relieving fatigue and body aches. It would be better if you take a bath with hot water in the evening, but this water is not good for our skin. 



Taking a hot shower is not good for your skin. This can cause dryness and many other problems in the skin.



Doctors say for people who have skin problems like eczema or psoriasis, bathing with hot water can cause problems.
