Gal Gadot revealed that the Evil Queen's four-hour makeup session in Snow White helped the film avoid a significant Disney flaw. The following live-action Disney adaption, Snow White, is scheduled to hit theatres in march 2024. Along with rachel Zegler, who will portray Snow White, Andrew Burnap, who will play Jonathan (a reimagined version of the Prince), and Martin Klebba, who will play Grumpy, Gadot shares the screen with Marc Webb.

Audiences saw footage of Snow White during this year's D23, and it is anticipated to depart from the original plot as Disney revealed the seven dwarfs will be completely redesigned in response to criticism, including Peter Dinklage's statements to retire the seven dwarves. Audiences will be mostly familiar with Gadot's portrayal of the Evil queen because she said in an interview with Zegler that the Old Hag was the subject of her four hours of makeup. Gadot's transformation into the Old Hag ensures that this well-known aspect of the story will still play a significant role in the new Snow White adaptation. In the original Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the Evil queen assumes the form of the Old Hag to trick Snow White into eating the poisoned apple.

Snow White won't be dependent on CGI since Gadot's transition into the Old Hag took four hours and was entirely accomplished with prosthetics. However, the triumph of their visuals comes at the expense of the narrative in other Disney live adaption remakes, such as The lion King and Pinocchio. Although the use of prosthetics does not guarantee that Snow White or Gadot will give a strong performance, it does indicate that the movie's focus is not on technology. Snow White has an advantage over the other live-action adaptations thanks to the prosthetics, which should result in a richer story and character development than in Disney's other adaptations, which are expected to be pointless remakes with no new material.
