Maaveeran's producers just revealed that the movie will debut on august 11. The revelation delighted Sivakarthikeyan fans, who had high expectations for the action drama directed by Madonne Ashwin. However, there were rumours that the former chose a different date after the cast and crew of Jailer, which features Rajinikanth in the title role, confirmed its release on august 10.
The two films were expected to clash, according to movie fans. When Siva was recently questioned about it in a press conference, the actor responded that he was awaiting the announcement of the Superstar's film.
Team Maaveeran has now developed their revised approach as anticipated. The film, which is being made by Arun Viswa of Shanthi Talkies, will now be released on July 14. The bilingual film, whose telugu title is Mahaveerudu, has moved up its release date by almost a month.
