Victory Venkatesh's Babu Bangaram has put up a strong show in the first four days of its release due to Extended weekend holiday because of Independence day on Monday. The movie has registered considerable drops from Tuesday. Babu Bangaram has opened to bad talk and reviews on last Friday.
Everyone expected the movie to bite dust badly and end up as another disaster for Venkatesh. But it is not the case. Family audience have flocked to the movie theaters thanks to Venkatesh's popularity and the decent trailers. Given that there are no notable releases this weekend, we will have to see how the movie performs in the second weekend.
The movie had a pre-release business of 32 Crore with Prints and Publicity. AP and Nizam business is somewhere around 24 Crore.
