After their 2013 disastrous outing one nenokkadine released on sankranthi, that opened to extremely positive critical acclaim but ended as a commercial failure, both superstar mahesh babu and sukumar have made strong Comebacks.
While mahesh delivered srimanthudu and bharat ane nenu and sukumar delivered rangasthalam, now the duo is all set to reunite for mahesh Babu's 28th movie after maharshi and Sarileru Neekevaru and reportedly sukumar narrated a historical. Kajal will be pairing with mahesh in this venture.
However, as mahesh felt tollywood is set to see another big historical in the form of Sye Raa he refused that script based on the Razakkar movement and hence sukumar is penning a new script for mahesh and is planning to make the historical with vijay Deverakonda. Meanwhile, Kajal has moved to her next magnum opus movie under Shankar's direction. The movie titled 'Indian 2' is progressing at a brisk pace and is nearing completion. mahesh babu is on a swing to complete proceedings for his current project and also some brand endorsements. director sukumar is busy with penning scripts and his 'Rangasthalam' goes to tamil and it will be helmed by director Lingusamy.
