Exactly at that time, the same minister in an interview revealed that the State government is not in favor of opening the theaters in the next two to three months. He also added that shootings will not be allowed in the near future. Here is what went behind the scenes.
Reports are that the government is planning to allow shootings but with stringent permissions. The producer will have to submit the coronavirus Negative certificate of all the cast and crew before the shooting begins. They are also liable to pay 50 Lakhs to the family of any cast and crew if they are tested positive while working. The first condition is like okay but the second is very harsh the producers felt. They did not agree to the condition and the government refused to accord permission for the shoots.
