Kappela starring Anna Ben, roshan Mathew, and Sreenath Bhasi, and helmed by Muhammad Mustafa had its release on the OTT platform and it got a huge response. Now, the remake is likely to be made by a female director.
nivetha thomas is likely to reprise the role of Anna Ben and the movie will be shot parallel in both the versions. A leading cinematographer is likely to crank the camera. The male lead roles will be revealed soon.
