Nivetha Thomas is a prominent indian actress who appears predominantly in telugu, malayalam, and tamil language movies. She started her career in 2008 with the malayalam movie 'Veruthe Oru Bharya' for which she bagged the kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artist. She entered the tamil film industry with the movie 'Kuruvi'. 

She is now a star actress and has signed a dozen movies and she entered tollywood by making her debut in 2016 with the 'Gentleman'. The actress has now been tested positive for COVID-19 and she won't attend any promotions or events related to the 'Vakeel Saab' event. The actress took social media to reveal this news. She herself tweeted and confirmed that she has been tested positive and has been given the best medical team to take care of her.

She shared, "Hi everyone, I've tested positive for COVID-19 and have isolated myself, adhering to all medical protocols and look forward to making a complete recovery. I want to thank everyone for their support and love and in particular, thank my medical team that has ensured the best care. Please be safe, wear a mask." The actress was recently seen promoting 'Vakeel Saab' movie along with the other two female leads anjali and Ananya.
