The famous entrepreneur made a poll with the hashtag #ThursdayThoughts on twitter and he asked the question what does one chase more at work on in personal life? and he gave two options, consistency and perfection. rakul Preet who made a reply to this poll asked him another question about how to mix consistency in both personal and also some salt of perfection in the workspace. 


Ronnie Screwvala was also the chairperson and founder of UpGrad and he also owns Swades foundation. This particular reply from rakul Preet on twitter has grabbed the eyeballs of all her followers and fans.
